Bangkok, Thailand – Day 1 & 2

December 9, 2016

Our first day on our Thailand trip was spent in the country’s capital city, Bangkok. This city has a population of over 8 million people and spans as far as the eye can see.

Visiting temples is an absolute must when in Bangkok. Here are a few that we packed into our short day:

  • Wat Arun (Temple of the Rising Sun)
  • Wat Pho (Temple of the Reclining Buddha)
  • Wat Phra Kaew (Temple of Emerald Buddha)
  • Wat Traimit (Temple of Solid Gold Buddha)
